Refund and Exchange Policies

1. All items that are sold and paid for are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless under limited circumstances of major defects which is to be determined by the sole discretion of the seller. As all items were inspected before posting, it is hardly possible for events of major defects to occur.

2. As such, please note that the following reasons are not considered as defects:

a) Difference in shades of colour especially as a result of difference in computer colour resolution

b) Thread fray ends/loose strings

c) Wrinkles on item

d) Slight misalignment of seams

e) Unsuitable size. Size chosen is based on the order list confirmed with the buyer. As detailed measurements are usually provided for each sizes, there should be no dispute over this matter. ONLY when the size of the item received differs from the confirmed order list will an exchange be made.

f) Sudden change of mind to cancel order/ Discontent with item

g) Minor/inconspicuous stain (eg dots or small spots of stain)

h) Intended and deliberate soiling and tampering of item leading to their damage/deface.


Please note that the 2.a-2.h is not an exhaustive list and other possible defects shall be evaluated under the discretion of the seller.



3. Exchange Policies


a) Exchange of item(s) is only valid within 3 days upon confirmation of receiving the item.

b) All items intended to be exchanged must have their pictures showing explicitly their defects, submitted via an email with the defects explained to the seller. The seller may request for further information where necessary to process the exchange.

c) Once we have confirmed and acknowledged the defect, an exchange of a non-defective item will be made. This item would be of the same design, colour, size and model, subjected to availability. Under the circumstance of non availability of the item, the buyer could select any other item of lower or equal value for replacement. For replacement with a higher value item, a top up is needed to make up for the difference. Conversely, for replacement with a lower value item, no refunds will be made.

d) Only items in their original state will be eligible for exchange. Worn/used/washed items are not eligible for exchange.

e) Postage cost (to and fro) and risk of loss of returned items are to be borne by the buyer. We would notify buyers the postage cost to be paid for the replacement item.

f) Exchange Items have to be returned to us within 3 days after we acknowledged their defects and notified you to go ahead with the return of the item.

g) No exchange will be entertained if any of the above conditions is unmet
